Using Concrete

This is because asphalt remains pliable so that it can flex with the changing soil conditions. Because it remains pliable asphalt can fail under these heavy loads and these loads can sink into the asphalt and create indentations.

Concrete on the other hand is durable and strong when subjected to heavy loads. When constructed properly, it’s capable of supporting the heaviest of loads. It is also ideally suited to driveway aprons in delivery areas, dumpster pads and anywhere a heavy vehicle turns or is stationary for a long period of time. Concrete that is maintained properly can be a long lasting solution in high traffic, heavy vehicle areas.

Another feature of concrete is the variety of styles and colors that are available. Stamped concrete in patio and entrance-ways can be aesthetically pleasing as well as adding value to your property.
